This Privacy Policy applies to the Breakout app (hereby referred to as the “Application”) for mobile devices, created by Derek Fung (hereby referred to as the “Service Provider”), as a Freemium service. This service is provided for use “AS IS.”
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects certain information when you download and use it. This may include, but is not limited to:
• Your device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address)
• The pages of the Application that you visit, including the time and date of your visit
• The time spent on those pages and within the Application
• The operating system used on your mobile device
The Application does not collect precise location information about your mobile device.
The Service Provider may use the information you provide to:
1. Contact you occasionally with important information, required notices, or marketing promotions.
2. Improve the Application and enhance your user experience.
To provide a better experience, the Application may request personally identifiable information. Any information collected will be retained and used in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

The Service Provider may disclose User-Provided and Automatically Collected Information under the following circumstances:

Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application at any time by uninstalling it. Use the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or via the application marketplace.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain User-Provided Data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you would like your User-Provided Data to be deleted, please contact the Service Provider at officialbreakoutapp@gmail.com. Your request will be addressed within a reasonable time.
Children’s Privacy
The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Application is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. If the Service Provider becomes aware that personal information has been provided by a child under 13, such information will be promptly deleted from the servers.

Security
The Service Provider values your trust in providing personal information and is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your data. The Application employs physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information processed and maintained. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy regularly for updates. Continued use of the Application is deemed acceptance of any changes.
